The Goal
The youth volunteers of the EKAM Bay Area have collaborated and come up with an idea to tutor children and raise money for supporting COVID relief efforts in India. EKAM Bay Area is a chapter of EKAM USA, a non-profit organization providing medical treatment for mothers and children in need. EKAM also has other chapters in the US that help with local efforts, currently focused on COVID-19 relief.
Disclaimer: The grade levels listed below are only what is recommended by the teacher. If you wish to attend the class even if you do not fit the age range, you are welcome to!
The Cause
We are a group of middle and high school students who are passionate about making a difference. The money we earn from tutoring goes toward supporting food security to people who have been affected by the second wave of the COVID pandemic in India.
