Python

Hi! My name is Anushka Kabra and I am a rising freshman at Dougherty Valley High School. I am teaching the "Introduction to Python" course for grades 4 through 8. I've been programming since 3rd grade, where I made my first program in Scratch, I've developed a huge passion for coding. Over the years, I've learned and used Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Python, Java, HTML & CSS, and a bit of C++. I was President of the Girls Who Code club at my middle school, and last summer, was accepted into the AAUW Tech Trek camp designed to encourage female participation in STEM. I firmly believe that every child should be exposed to the wonders of STEM and programming, which is why I am teaching this Python course this summer. I have developed an engaging and informative curriculum, and look forward to seeing you in my class!
